About Me

Born and raised in Seattle, Allison has had the opportunity to call many different neighborhoods her home - Bryant, University District, Fremont, Phinney Ridge, Magnolia, and currently Laurelhurst – where she bought her first home in 2009 and moved just a few blocks away in 2015. Each neighborhood she’s experienced has a special community and individual personality to offer, and Allison knows the ins-and-outs of their unique access to all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer: stunning Olympic sunsets, long bike rides, football games at Montlake, Hawks games in SODO, paddle boarding on Lake Washington, fabulous restaurant dining, and neighborhood farmers markets. There is nothing that excites her more than sharing these neighborhood secrets and helping others find their perfect neighborhood and home to call their own.

Whether it is buying a first home, upgrading due to an expanding family, or finding the perfect place to retire Allison has the skills, passion, and resources to give her clients the advantage they need. With 15 years of corporate sales experience, Allison knows her way around contracts, negotiation and how to best market a product. Her deep knowledge of the current market gives her clients the advantage they need to win in a competitive offer scenario or secure an escalated offer on their home. She pairs this sales experience with deep knowledge of the Seattle market, a passion for homes, and a relentless focus on the customer and their desires, needs, and goals. Allison takes the time to listen and reflect on the needs of her clients and uses her experience paired with strong connections to provide solutions and deliver one-of-a-kind service. She’s not afraid to reach out to her Windermere network to find an off-market deal or call on her industry connections to find the right solution or product for a client. From attention to detail in the purchase and sale, or creative vision in home staging and photographs, to helping her clients envision the home of their dreams through her personal passion for home design and remodels, or providing post-close services, her passion is making every step of the process seamless for her clients while maximizing their financial results. It’s truly what she loves!

When she’s not busy serving clients, Allison loves spending time with her husband and their two sons. Her love of the PNW was passed down to her boys, who can’t get enough of the outdoors. Whether it is biking, skiing, weekends on Bainbridge Island or trips to Sun Valley, ID, they can always be found on an adventure. Allison stays busy in her community with volunteering at her children’s schools, regularly attending Lagree classes, catching up with her girlfriends ,and occasionally enjoying a wine tasting date. She loves providing recommendations for local restaurants, day trips and activities to her clients who are looking to make the most of life in the beautiful PNW.
